About Us

If you care for young children, Windsor's Early Childhood Council, the ECC, provides you with useful information, resources and training.  We are a group of dedicated parents, grandparents, childcare providers, early childhood educators, town and school employees and other community members who act on behalf of Windsor Children from birth to age eight.

We envision a community where all Windsor children can become good citizens and competent, confident and compassionate learners for life.
