Connecticut Children’s Investment Partnership (CIP)
CIP assists licensed child care centers that are committed to providing quality care and to serving low-income, subsidy-eligible children – from infancy through preschool years.  CIP works closely with early care and education practitioners and advocates and with the State of Connecticut, CHEFA and financial institutions to plan and develop quality facilities in lower-income communities across the state.

The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
