Towel fun

It's a towel
It's a turban
It's a snake ...

It's a mop
It's a blanket
It's a cape!

What else can you do with your bath towel?

History

Windsor's Early Childhood Council, ECC, grew out of the 'Discovery Initiative' launched by the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund in 2001.  In Windsor, the original Discovery grant was awarded to Windsor's Healthy People, which ultimately launched Windsor's Early Childhood Council as a grassroots effort to attain the goal of "Improving Students' social, emotional and academic performance."

  • ECC Mission:  Concerned about children's health and well-being, the Windsor Early Childhood Council advocates for and supports quality early childhood experiences that enable Windsor's children to grow, develop and learn to their fullest potential.
  • ECC Vision: All Windsor children ages birth through eight will come to school ready, willing and able to succeed as caring, capable and confident learners.
