"I had a wonderful time at Windsor's PLTI!  Because I had only lived in the New England area for a year and a half at that time (moving from the West Coast), I didn't really understand the 'town' concept or the resources in Connecticut.  Not only were the Facilitators informative, but the other class members shared so much that was going on around here which I was able to apply to my own family and situation.  I loved the transparency, the downright honesty about some "hot topics", and I have to admit, I loved the FREE CHILDCARE and DINNER!  I gained new friendships, new perspectives, and a new appreciation for the Town of Windsor -- we were thinking of moving to a home in other locations, but after PLTI, I really wanted to stay, due to the new networking & connections gained from this experience."
