Join Us!  Here’s what we can accomplish together:

• Discuss and address important issues affecting Windsor's children.
• Help our leaders understand what Windsor children and families needs.
• Give parents what they need to be the best parents they can be.
• Organize great programs like the Expo and the Early Childhood Conversations Conference.
• Assist child care providers with their needs in providing the best possible care to their children.
• Build cooperation among those who work with Windsor’s children.
• Build friendships and have fun.

Every Member Counts!  To reach his or her full potential, each child needs a nurturing environment, and the quality of this environment is impacted by all of us.  Engaged parents, business people, child care providers, town employees and educators all provide vital support for our children.

Windsor’s Early Childhood council is led by a coordinator and three elected officers.  Membership is open to Windsor residents and anyone working on behalf of Windsor’s children.  Monthly meetings are held in the evening to accommodate work schedules, and dinner and childcare are provided.  At these meetings, everyone is encouraged to contribute experiences, ideas, solutions and insights.  Every member’s input is valued.
